Apex Critical Metals (OTCQB:APXCF) plans a non-brokered private placement of up to 2M units at $2.50 each, targeting $5M in gross proceeds.
Each unit includes one common share and one warrant exercisable at $3.00 for two years.
Securities issued will be subject to a four-month-and-one-day hold period under applicable laws.
The offering is expected to close on or around October 31, 2025.
Proceeds will be used for general working capital and exploration activities.
