FAIRFIELD, CT — Jack Testani, a Republican member of the Fairfield Board of Finance, abruptly resigned Tuesday after five years.
Testani announced his resignation at the end of Tuesday’s meeting, citing undisclosed personal reasons for the move. He apologized to the board and his constituents for recently missing meetings.
