After a difficult November so far and coming off its worst week since early October, Wall Street will get a bit of a reprieve in the form of Thanksgiving. Due to the festival, markets will be shut on Thursday, giving investors some time off to reflect and assess.
Despite the holiday-shortened week, there is plenty to look forward to. The earnings season is in its final legs, but some major names are still on the docket, such as Alibaba (BABA), Dell (DELL), and Deere (DE).
The economic calendar will be busy as well. Among some notable indicators, traders this week will receive delayed retail sales figures and producer price index readings for September on Tuesday, followed by durable goods on Wednesday.

However, most covered call ETFs sacrifice long-term upside, carry higher fees, and risk NAV erosion due to capped gains and full downside participation. Among them, Goldman Sachs’ GPIQ stands out for its dynamic overwrite strategy, which adjusts call coverage based on volatility, preserving more upside during bull markets. It also benefits from tax-efficient option treatment, lower fees, and strong outperformance versus peers like JEPQ, QQQI, and SPYI. While not without risks, GPIQ’s active management and structure make it the most compelling covered call ETF for income-focused investors.

Dividend investors often wonder how to follow this advice while staying true to a dividend-focused strategy. This article compares three leading dividend ETFs—VIG, DGRO, and DGRW—as potential S&P 500 replacements. It evaluates their yields, fees, sector weightings, total returns, and dividend growth. While VIG is long-proven, DGRO stands out for dividend growth and DGRW for stronger total returns. For dividend investors seeking broad market exposure, DGRO or DGRW may offer the best balance between income and performance.
