Credissential (OTCPK:IPTNF) is launching a non-brokered private placement of convertible notes for up to $500,000.
Notes are unsecured, 12-month term, and convertible at $0.05/share, or lower if allowed by CSE rules.
Proceeds will go toward general corporate and working capital purposes.
The company has also granted 7M restricted share units to consultants under its omnibus equity incentive plan.
The RSUs are subject to a four-month and one-day hold period.
