JOLIET — In January, Pop’s Italian Beef & Sausage marked its third anniversary of business on Joliet’s west side at the former Boston Market rotisserie chicken property. This week, in what may come as a surprise to some, the Joliet Pop’s restaurant at 1866 West Jefferson Street hit the real estate market.
Lina Adamis and Joe Grody of SVN Commercial Real Estate Advisers have posted a real estate listing for 1866 West Jefferson Street on the commercial real estate website LoopNet. The asking price for the Joliet Pop’s restaurant is $2.7 million.
