Travis Kelce invests in struggling Six Flags amusement park company

Following a highly publicized engagement to pop superstar Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce is expanding his business ventures with an investment that adrenaline junkies and amusement park lovers can get behind.
Kelce, on Tuesday, Oct. 21, confirmed he joined a group of investors to buy a stake in Six Flags, the parent company of more than 40 amusement parks across the United States.
JANA Partners, a New York-based hedge fund, announced that the popular National Football League (NFL) player and two industry executives teamed up for a $200 million investment in amusement park operator Six Flags Entertainment Corporation.
Kelce, who confirmed the venture on his official Instagram page, joined industry executives Glenn Murphy and Dave Habiger in a group now holding a nearly 9% stake in Six Flags.
